Information about PROB oil 250 ml

PROB oil is a very liquid oil, which is easily absorbed by the skin. It works strongly disinfecting en soothing in problem cases like dry skin, moist, scaly, itching or infected skin. The oil spreads easily, also through thick fur, and is economical in use. It does not stick, and does not dry out the skin.

HORSES
One of the most tedious, recurrent problems with horses is summer eczema. As soon as the sun gets a bit warmer the mosquitoes (Culicoides Robertii mosquito) come out and love to search for horses to get their daily grub.
As with people the saliva of the mosquito is the cause of the itch. They sit down on the soft skin between the hairs of the tail and manes, and due to the itching the horses will scrub.  
As the saying goes: preventing is better then healing, and that is why we think it is best to start the treatment in early spring, so that these areas are no longer attractive for those vermin.  

DOGS
When you have removed a tick on your dog it is a good idea to put a drop of oil on that spot, thus preventing an infection. Some dogs are more sensitive to moist eczema, a so called hotspot. As soon as you sense that your dog is starting to suffer from it you can apply PROB oil on the spot. When the skin is already open, it is better to first apply PROB cream until the wound is closed. Due to the alcohol in the oil it can sting on an open wound, and you will prevent that by starting with PROB cream.

The best combination is to wash with PROB shampoo, a shampoo in which tar is processed, and smearing with PROB oil. While applying it smells strongly like tar, but as soon as the alcohol is evaporated this scent will disappear. The oil does not stick. When you open the bottle it is good to know that only a small hole needs to be made, as the oil is very fluid.

The horses’ scent is easily eliminated with PROB Deo, this also repels mosquitoes, that can cause summer eczema. The horses’ Deo smells like lemongrass and tar.

To protect your dog against ticks PROB DOG DEO is an excellent product. This is available in a regular vial or in a handy spray bottle.





Usage:

NOTE Make a hole in the top of the bottle as small as possible. The oil strongly spreads out, the smaller the hole the better.

1. Always wash the spot that needs treatment or the whole animal with PROB Shampoo before you use PROB oil.

2. Use PROB oil on dry skin. Apply the oil at least once a week on the irritated spot. The irritation typically vanishes within a week and the skin will be improving.

3. Do not forget to apply the oil regularly. This will prevent a lot of irritations and other skin related problems.
